Lincoln Pressure Washing is a residential and commercial exterior cleaning service operating in the Lincoln, Nebraska area. Our services are provided by Relevant LLC, located at 630 North 54th Street, Lincoln, NE 68504. When we say "we," "us," or "our," we mean Relevant LLC, doing business as Lincoln Pressure Washing. We collect your information in three ways. Directly from you — when you request a quote, schedule service, or contact us. Automatically — through cookies, Google Analytics, and your browser or device when you visit our website. From third parties — such as payment processors who provide limited transaction details to complete your service.

We use the information we collect to: schedule and fulfill pressure washing and exterior cleaning services; process payments and send receipts; send appointment confirmations, reminders, and service updates via SMS and email; respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues; improve our website and services through analytics; send promotional communications where you have opted in; comply with applicable laws; and protect against fraud or harmful activity. We may de-identify or aggregate data so it can no longer identify you, and may use such anonymized data for analytics or service improvement without restriction.

Message frequency varies based on your service schedule. Message and data rates may apply.
How to Opt Out: You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us; calling or texting us at (402) 525-0139; or emailing us with your opt-out request. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

A. Agreement to Terms
By using our website or scheduling our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy above. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Relevant LLC, doing business as Lincoln Pressure Washing.
B. Services
Lincoln Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial pressure washing and exterior cleaning services in the Lincoln, Nebraska area. Service availability, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change. We reserve the right to decline service at any location at our discretion.
C. Scheduling and Cancellation
Services are scheduled based on availability and your selected service. Please reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Services may be rescheduled due to weather conditions. We will contact you to arrange an alternative date at no additional charge.
D. Access to Property
By scheduling service, you grant Lincoln Pressure Washing permission to access your property for exterior cleaning. You are responsible for ensuring safe access and for removing or securing any fragile items, outdoor furniture, vehicles, or personal property in the service area prior to our arrival.
E. Property Condition and Pre-Existing Damage
You agree to disclose any known structural weaknesses, surface vulnerabilities, or pre-existing damage before service is performed. Lincoln Pressure Washing is not liable for damage to surfaces or property that were not disclosed prior to service or that result from pre-existing deterioration or defect. Customers assume responsibility for ensuring surfaces are appropriate and suitable for pressure washing.
F. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless a prior arrangement has been made. We accept credit card, debit card, and other payment methods as indicated at booking. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee.
G. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relevant LLC and its employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
H. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services and website are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
I. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relevant LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
J. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lancaster County, Nebraska.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy and Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
